Ellipsoid, tortellonoid & curvilinear dissections

Below are represented some peculiar dissections. Actually, unlike the regular shapes it is difficult to find curvilinear dissections. The problem is that to every convex edge of a surface there must correspond somewhere else concave edges having the same lenght and radius for it to fit into.
